Firearms and Fireworks: For the safety of all guests and to ensure a tranquil environment, firearms and fireworks are not allowed on the property. 4. Occupancy Limit: The property accommodates a maximum of 12 guests at any time. This limit is set to comply with safety regulations and enhance the quality of your stay. 5. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours begin at 10 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. 6. Parking Restrictions: Parking is limited to a maximum of 4 cars in the driveway. Parking on the grass or on the road is not permitted. 7. No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property. Additional Disclosures: 1. Video Surveillance: For security, there are active, recorded video cameras installed at the exterior driveway, and on the side and back areas of the lodge. 2. Noise Monitoring: A decibel monitoring device is in place to ensure compliance with local noise regulations and to maintain a family-friendly atmosphere. This device only measures noise levels. 3. Bathroom Configuration: The primary suite has an open ensuite bathroom, with no door separating it from the bedroom. Penalty for Rule Violation: A violation of any of these rules will result in a $500 fine. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. Was very surprised by how small the backyard was.. the photos are extremely deceptive with how much space you have. Neighbors are like not even 10 feet from you. The master bedroom was great, just keep in mind no door to the bathroom… the other secluded bedroom was nice, but had incomplete walls that didn’t go all the way to the ceiling so snoring was an issue. Besides the sneaky photos making everything look like you had a lot more space that you really did, it was a great stay! We had a wonderful time and it was a GORGEOUS house. 2 minutes from Crystal!
